Dispatch và Computer Use: Claude điều khiển máy tính của bạn — Hướng dẫn chính thức từ Anthropic

Hai tính năng, một vision: AI làm thay bạn

Ngày 24 tháng 3 năm 2026, Anthropic announcement trên blog chính thức mô tả hai tính năng có thể thay đổi cơ bản cách con người tương tác với AI:

• Dispatch: Giao task cho Claude từ điện thoại — Claude hoàn thành trên laptop của bạn, không cần bạn ở đó
• Computer Use: Claude thực sự điều khiển máy tính — point, click, scroll, navigate như người dùng thực

Đây không phải marketing language. Đây là mô tả kỹ thuật chính xác về những gì đang xảy ra khi bạn dùng hai tính năng này.

Computer Use: Cơ chế hoạt động

Để hiểu Dispatch, trước tiên cần hiểu Computer Use — underlying technology cho phép Dispatch hoạt động.

Claude "thấy" màn hình của bạn

Computer Use hoạt động qua screenshot-based perception. Claude nhận screenshots của màn hình, phân tích những gì đang hiển thị, và quyết định action tiếp theo:

1. Screenshot màn hình hiện tại được capture
2. Claude phân tích: "Đây là Gmail. Tôi cần tìm email từ tuần trước về budget Q2."
3. Claude quyết định: "Tôi cần click vào search bar và type query"
4. Action được execute: click + type
5. Screenshot mới được capture → next decision cycle

Đây là perception-action loop giống với cách human computer users làm việc — nhưng được thực hiện bởi AI với tốc độ và persistence mà humans không có.

Priority order: Connector → Computer Use

Anthropic thiết kế system với intelligent fallback:

"Claude prioritizes precision by starting with direct tool integrations like Slack or Google Calendar. When those aren't available, it will scroll, click to open, and explore as needed."

Nguyên tắc: API integration (Connectors) luôn được ưu tiên khi available — nó ít error-prone và faster hơn Computer Use. Computer Use chỉ được dùng khi không có Connector/API phù hợp.

Ví dụ thực tế:

• Task với Gmail → Dùng Gmail Connector (API-based) ✓
• Task với legacy ERP system không có API → Computer Use ✓
• Task với proprietary software → Computer Use ✓

Dispatch: Cross-device task assignment

Dispatch extends Computer Use thành một cross-device workflow experience:

"Assign Claude a task on your phone, turn your attention to something else, then open up the finished work on your computer."

Cách Dispatch hoạt động

Device 1 (điện thoại):

1. Mở Claude app trên iOS/Android
2. Describe task bằng natural language
3. Send
4. Put phone down, do other things

Device 2 (laptop):

1. Claude Desktop (đang chạy background) nhận task
2. Identify cần tools gì (Connectors? Computer Use?)
3. Execute task autonomously
4. Task complete — kết quả sẵn sàng khi bạn quay lại

Dispatch tích hợp với cả Claude Cowork và Claude Code, cho phép continuous conversations across devices.

Use cases thực tế — Từ simple đến advanced

Morning briefing

Safety design: "Always ask first"

Anthropic explicit về safety principles trong announcement:

Claude "will scroll, click to open, and explore as needed, always asking for your explicit permission first."

Điều này quan trọng: Claude không tự ý làm những hành động có thể destructive hoặc irreversible mà không hỏi. Nếu task yêu cầu:

• Delete files
• Send emails
• Make purchases
• Post on social media

Claude sẽ confirm với bạn trước — kể cả khi bạn đang không ở computer.

Prompt injection protection

System tự động scan cho "suspicious activation patterns" — attempts by malicious content on screen để hijack Claude's actions. Ví dụ: hidden text trong webpage cố gắng redirect Claude làm gì đó không phải task gốc.

Availability và requirements

Hiện tại (Research Preview):

• Claude Pro và Max subscribers
• macOS và Windows
• iOS và Android cho Dispatch
• Claude Desktop phải đang chạy cho Dispatch

Apps có thể bị restrict: Một số apps bị restrict by default do privacy và security concerns. Anthropic cung cấp danh sách apps có thể dùng với Computer Use.

Recommended: Bắt đầu với "trusted applications" và tránh sensitive data trong testing phase.

Limitations: Honest perspective từ Anthropic

Anthropic thẳng thắn về current state:

"The feature remains early compared to Claude's ability to code or interact with text. Claude can make mistakes."

Cụ thể:

• Complex multi-window workflows có thể confuse Claude
• Apps với non-standard UI đôi khi không navigate được
• Long tasks có thể fail mid-way (không phải atomic operations)
• No notification khi task xong — phải check thủ công
• Single task format — không thể queue multiple tasks

Best practices từ early adopters

Community feedback từ first weeks của research preview:

Start small

Bắt đầu với tasks đơn giản, predictable outcomes trước khi assign complex workflows. Build confidence với task types mà bạn có thể verify dễ dàng.

Be specific

Vague prompts → vague results. So sánh:

• Vague: "Handle my emails"
• Specific: "Read emails trong 3 ngày qua. Archive newsletters. Flag emails từ [boss@company.com] với 'Important'. Reply 'Received, will review' cho emails hỏi về project Alpha."

Review safety checklist của Anthropic

Đặc biệt quan trọng trước khi grant access cho sensitive applications (banking, medical records, etc.).

Use Connectors khi có thể

Nếu app bạn cần có Connector (Gmail, Notion, Slack), dùng Connector thay vì Computer Use — nhanh hơn, reliable hơn, và an toàn hơn.

Roadmap: Những gì Anthropic đang xây dựng tiếp theo

Anthropic thẳng thắn trong announcement rằng Dispatch và Computer Use là "research preview" — nghĩa là sản phẩm đang được tiếp tục cải thiện. Dựa trên current limitations và community feedback, những features được mong đợi nhất:

Completion notifications

Hiện tại, không có cách nào biết task xong mà không check thủ công. Push notifications qua mobile app là feature được request nhiều nhất — và likely đến sớm.

Task scheduling

"Run this every Monday morning at 8am" — scheduled autonomous tasks là next logical step sau fire-and-forget. Anthropic chưa announce timeline nhưng đây là obvious product direction.

Task queue

Ability để queue multiple tasks cho Claude thực hiện sequentially — không phải chỉ một task mỗi lần.

Progress visibility

Biết Claude đang làm gì trong real-time (ít nhất là high-level status) mà không cần xem màn hình trực tiếp.

Integration với broader Claude ecosystem

Dispatch không đứng một mình — nó là một mảnh trong broader Claude ecosystem:

• Dispatch + Claude Code: Giao task từ điện thoại → Claude Code thực thi coding tasks trên laptop
• Dispatch + Connectors: Tasks tự động trigger Connector calls (Gmail, Notion, Slack)
• Dispatch + Computer Use: Fallback khi không có Connector — Claude controls desktop GUI
• Dispatch + Agent Teams: Complex tasks được spawn thành multi-agent workflows

Đây là vision của "Claude as operating system for your digital life" — nơi một natural language instruction có thể trigger complex multi-step workflows across multiple tools và platforms.

Cho người dùng Việt Nam: Những lưu ý thực tế

Với người dùng tại Việt Nam:

• Language support: Dispatch hiểu Vietnamese instructions tốt — Claude's multilingual capabilities fully apply
• Latency: Dispatch routing qua Anthropic infrastructure có thể có latency cao hơn với users ở Việt Nam. Plan tasks không yêu cầu real-time speed.
• VPN considerations: Một số VPN configs có thể affect Dispatch connection quality
• Apps restrictions: Danh sách restricted apps có thể vary — test với specific apps của bạn

Tầm nhìn: "Put Claude to work on your computer"

Tựa đề post của Anthropic — "Put Claude to work on your computer" — là tuyên ngôn rõ ràng về vision của họ. Không phải "chat with Claude about your computer". Không phải "get Claude's advice for your tasks". Mà là: Claude làm việc trên máy tính của bạn.

Đây là bước chuyển từ AI là assistant thụ động sang AI là agent tích cực. Và Dispatch + Computer Use là infrastructure layer đầu tiên cho future nơi AI thực sự "at work" — không phải "at chat".

Research preview hôm nay sẽ là standard workflow năm tới. Và những người learn cách work với agentic AI sớm sẽ có significant advantage khi nó trở thành mainstream.
