Slide deck mode — Cơ chế

Quy trình giống Bài 3 (prototype) nhưng có 2 đặc thù:

  • Question phase tập trung vào narrative hơn visual — Claude hỏi audience, length, positioning, CTA. Visual đến từ design system applied.
  • Speaker notes là feature first-class — bật on khi cần presentation, off khi chỉ cần slide đẹp.

Brief good = 1 paragraph với 5 yếu tố:

Creative brief questions — Trả lời chiến lược

Claude hỏi 5-8 questions sau brief. Quan trọng nhất:

Trả lời chiến lược: specific persona, không generic.

Claude generate với context VC pre-seed sẽ khác audience growth-stage VC. Specificity = quality.

Q2: How long is the presentation?

Trả lời chiến lược: time-bound, không count slide.

Anti-patterns — Sai lầm phổ biến

❌ Brief generic "make me a pitch deck"

Tại sao sai: Claude phải hỏi 15 câu cơ bản. Mất time. Output thường generic.

Cách đúng: Brief 1 paragraph với 5 yếu tố (company/product, positioning, audience, tone, CTA).

❌ Skip questions creative brief

Bấm "Decide for me" hết.

Tại sao sai: Audience + length + positioning là spine của deck. Skip = generic deck.

Cách đúng: Trả lời ít nhất audience, length, positioning, CTA. Còn lại "Decide for me" OK.

❌ Edit từng slide sau generate (no batch)

Generate xong, mở từng slide, edit từng cái.

Tại sao sai: Token-inefficient. Claude phải re-generate context mỗi slide.

Cách đúng: Review hết 30 slide → list 5-10 issue → batch comment send → re-generate 1 round.

❌ Export PPTX rồi expect format giữ nguyên 100%

Export PPT → mở Office, font drift, animation không work, layout shift.

Tại sao sai: PPTX là format Microsoft proprietary. Animation web ≠ animation PPT.

Cách đúng:

❌ Over-rely speaker notes generate

Bật speaker notes auto, đọc nguyên văn lúc pitch.

Tại sao sai: Speaker notes Claude generate là starting point, không phải final script. Đọc nguyên = nghe robotic.

Cách đúng: Generate speaker notes → review + personalize. Cut filler. Add personal anecdote. 70% Claude + 30% bạn = tốt.

❌ Không leverage design system

Tạo deck mới, không apply design system.

Tại sao sai: Mỗi deck random brand → khách thấy "designer agency này nhiều style quá".

Cách đúng: Apply design system mọi deck cho cùng client/brand. Consistency = professionalism.

  • Slides text + image → PPTX export ổn
  • Slides có heavy animation → ở lại Claude Design (share link), hoặc export HTML
  • Test export 1-2 slide trước khi commit toàn deck

Mẹo 1: "Slide-by-slide focus" comment pattern

Khi review draft, comment theo format:

Send batch. Claude xử lý từng slide focused → quality cao hơn vague "fix tone".
