Workflow hỗn hợp — Dùng cả 3 trong ngày

5 signals bạn đang dùng sai tool

Signal 1: "Chat trả lời giải thích dài mà bạn cần file"

Triệu chứng: Bạn hỏi Chat viết báo cáo, nó trả markdown text. Bạn copy-paste sang Word, format, tự save. Tốn 30 phút cleanup.

Fix: Đổi sang Cowork. Brief: "Done looks like: file report.docx saved to /reports/."

Signal 2: "Cowork chạy 10 phút cho task 1 câu hỏi"

Triệu chứng: Bạn hỏi Cowork "What is OKR?" — nó mở tools, search web, đọc files, spend 5 phút.

Fix: Đổi sang Chat. Simple question = 5 giây.

Signal 3: "Claude Code cho task non-dev"

Triệu chứng: Bạn là Marketing, mở Claude Code trong terminal, viết brief marketing campaign. Tools không fit (không có connector UI).

Fix: Đổi sang Cowork. Cùng engine, interface phù hợp hơn.

Signal 4: "Cowork cho task không có file"

Triệu chứng: Bạn dùng Cowork để chat qua lại về strategy — không tạo file, không use connector. Usage cao, tốc độ chậm.

Fix: Đổi sang Chat cho phần strategy discussion. Quay lại Cowork khi sẵn sàng action.

Signal 5: "Chat cho repetitive task"

Triệu chứng: Mỗi tuần bạn paste vào Chat cùng 1 brief dài 500 từ để nhờ nó viết weekly update. Copy-paste output ra file tự save.

Fix: Đổi sang Cowork + Skill. Tạo /weekly-update, gõ command + output save tự động.

Trường hợp "nên KHÔNG dùng AI"

Đúng — có lúc tool tốt nhất là "không dùng gì cả". Cowork không phải câu trả lời cho mọi task.

1. Task cần judgment đậm đặc human

2. Task 30 giây nhanh hơn

Mở Cowork mất 10 giây. Task cần 5 giây. Don't.

3. Task nhạy cảm cao về privacy

Dùng Cowork? Cân nhắc kỹ. Có thể on-premises version (Enterprise) OK. Consumer Pro/Max — đừng.

4. Task cần certainty 100%

AI không 100%. Medical/legal = dùng human expert.

5. Khi bạn chưa biết rõ mình muốn gì

• Hire/fire decision — Không delegate cho AI
• Performance review — Feedback cần empathy
• Strategic pivot — Decision có weight lớn
• Sensitive communication — Khi khóc cần human
• Google 1 câu hỏi nhanh

Anti-patterns — Lỗi chọn tool

❌ "Cowork mạnh nhất → dùng cho mọi thứ"

Sai: Overkill cho simple task. Tốn usage.

Đúng: Chat cho đơn giản, Cowork cho complex output, Code cho dev.

❌ "Tôi không biết code → chắc phải dùng Cowork"

Có khi sai: Task hỏi đáp thông thường → Chat phù hợp hơn.

Đúng: Dựa decision tree, không dựa "non-dev = Cowork".

❌ "Cowork hiểu được nhiều hơn Chat"

Sai: Cùng model (Opus 4.8 / Sonnet 5). "Thông minh" giống nhau.

Đúng: Khác biệt là tool access. Chat không có tool.

❌ Chat cho task repetitive

Sai: Copy-paste prompt dài mỗi tuần = tốn thời gian.

Đúng: Cowork + Skill. Gõ /command thay vì re-brief.

❌ Code cho marketing task

Sai: Interface terminal không fit. Connector hạn chế hơn Cowork.

Đúng: Cowork cho non-dev, Code cho dev. Trừ khi bạn là dev thoải mái terminal.

Mẹo nâng cao

Mẹo 1: Keyboard shortcut tab switching
