Đặc điểm

1 tool: Chrome (hoặc Gmail connector). 1 task: list email cần reply.

Lỗi thường gặp Level 1

• Cowork dùng 1 tool để hoàn thành task
• Output thường là 1 thứ (file, email, message)
• Bạn quen với việc "bấm folder icon, gõ brief, chờ"
• Kỳ vọng Cowork "thông minh tự hiểu" — vẫn cần brief explicit
• Không cấp folder access đúng — Cowork không đọc được file
• Gõ task quá ngắn — "Phân tích folder" vs "Phân tích files trong folder X, tạo report theo Y format"

Level 2: Combine tools — Kết hợp nhiều tool

Đặc điểm

Ví dụ điển hình (từ Boris)

2 tool cùng làm việc:

1 task, nhưng cross-tool. Đây là "aha moment" thứ hai Boris nói.

Milestone để Level 2 "chắc"

10 task Level 2 để luyện

Lỗi thường gặp Level 2

• Cowork dùng 2-5 tool trong 1 task
• Output có thể là chuỗi action: đọc file → phân tích → gửi email
• Đây là chỗ agent thể hiện sức mạnh — không còn là "1 câu hỏi 1 câu trả lời"
• Google Sheets connector: đọc spreadsheet
• Slack connector: gửi message
• Brief quá tham lam — 5-10 step trong 1 brief → Cowork confused priority. Fix: break thành 2 brief hoặc dùng numbered sequential.
• Connector chưa grant quyền write — task stuck ở "tôi cần permission..." Fix: grant trước, hoặc explicit trong brief.
• Tưởng task parallel nhưng thực ra sequential — "đọc email VÀ reply" không parallel được (reply cần kết quả đọc). Fix: hiểu dependency.

Level 3: Parallel & Scheduled — Chạy song song + tự động

Đặc điểm

Ví dụ điển hình (từ Boris)

"Managing Claudes" — đây là cumulative skill quan trọng nhất. Bạn không còn là user, bạn là manager của đội Cowork.

Pattern Level 3

Pattern A: Parallel tabs (đồng bộ)

Mở 3-5 tab Cowork cùng lúc:

Mỗi tab chạy 15-30 phút. Bạn đi uống cà phê. Quay lại review 5 output cùng lúc. Tiết kiệm: 2.5h × 5 = 12.5h, xuống còn ~30 phút review.

Pattern B: Sub-agent parallel trong 1 task

Gõ: "Research 10 công ty [list]. Dùng parallel sub-agents. Mỗi cty: industry, size, key products, 3 weakness."

Cowork dispatch 10 sub-agent — mỗi cái research 1 công ty — tất cả xong trong 5 phút thay vì 50 phút tuần tự.

Tim trong tutorial: "Claude Cowork can actually dispatch tasks to multiple sub agents. Rather than waiting for one search to finish, we could do 6, 20, 30 searches at the exact same time."

Pattern C: Scheduled tasks (Bài 10 đào sâu)

Setup Scheduled task chạy 9am mỗi ngày:

• Chạy nhiều task Cowork cùng lúc
• Bạn không babysit — mở task, đi làm việc khác, quay lại review cùng lúc
• Scheduled tasks — Cowork tự chạy theo cron: daily, weekly, hourly

• Tab quá nhiều → confusion — mở 10 tab cùng lúc = không review được. Fix: 3-5 tab là sweet spot.
• Scheduled task không chạy — máy tắt, app đóng, hoặc timezone sai. Fix: check Bài 4 về "máy phải bật + app mở".
• Usage bùng nổ — chạy 5 Opus parallel 30 phút mỗi ngày = cạn Max plan. Fix: mix Opus (1 tab khó) + Sonnet (3-4 tab dễ).

Một nguyên tắc từ Anthropic's "Building More Effective AI Agents" (10/2025):

Áp dụng cho bạn: đừng nhảy thẳng Level 3.

Roadmap:

Nhảy Level 1 → Level 3 ngay → thường fail. Vì brief kém, output nhạt → bạn nghĩ "Cowork không giỏi" → quit.

Framework "add complexity"

Khi làm task mới, luôn thử từ đơn giản lên:

Dừng ở bước đủ. Đừng over-engineer.

• Tuần 1-2: Level 1 exclusively. Làm hết 10 task single-tool. Cảm nhận cách Cowork behave.
• Tuần 3-4: Level 2. Combine tools. Setup 3-4 connector. Làm 10 task multi-tool.
• Tuần 5-6: Bắt đầu Level 3. Chạy parallel 2-3 tab. 1 scheduled task.
• Tuần 7-8+: Level 3 mature. 5 tab parallel. 5+ scheduled tasks. Skills library.

Anti-patterns — Lỗi leo cấp

❌ Nhảy Level 1 → Level 3

Triệu chứng: Bắt đầu ngay với scheduled task + parallel, nhưng brief kém → output nhạt → blame Cowork.

Fix: Master Level 1 trước. 2 tuần luyện single-tool. Sau đó mới leo.

❌ Parallel quá sớm

Triệu chứng: Mở 5 tab lúc mới dùng Cowork → confused, không review nổi.

Fix: Bắt đầu parallel với 2 tab. Lên 3. Chỉ lên 4-5 khi đã quen.

❌ Scheduled task trước Skills

Triệu chứng: Setup scheduled task với brief dài 300 từ → task chạy không ổn định vì brief không được refine.

Fix: Convert brief thành Skill trước (Bài 10), rồi schedule skill đó.

❌ Usage không monitor

Triệu chứng: Cuối tuần 2 của tháng đã cạn Max plan. Còn 2 tuần không dùng được Cowork.

Fix: Monthly budget. Opus chỉ cho task khó. Sonnet default. Scheduled task dùng Sonnet/Haiku.

❌ Không review output của scheduled task

Triệu chứng: Scheduled task chạy 30 lần mà bạn chưa check → output đã lệch brand 2 tuần.

Fix: Review scheduled output ít nhất mỗi tuần.

Mẹo nâng cao

Mẹo 1: "Tab orchestration"

Khi chạy 3-5 tab parallel, đặt tên tab rõ trong brief:

Cowork sidebar hiển thị tên — dễ nhớ đang chạy gì.

Mẹo 2: "Progress checkpoint"

Với task Level 3 chạy lâu, add vào brief:

Cowork sẽ post update định kỳ. Bạn có thể sanity check giữa chừng.

Mẹo 3: "Fail fast on parallel"

Parallel 5 task → 1 task fail không làm 4 task khác stop. Cowork continue. Nhưng bạn biết 1/5 fail → retry riêng, không phải redo all.

Mẹo 4: Monitor usage dashboard

Anthropic có usage dashboard trong Settings. Check hàng tuần. Nếu sắp cạn → pause scheduled task không critical.

Mẹo 5: "Golden hour" — khi nào chạy parallel tối ưu

Tránh cuối ngày (sau 5pm) vì không đủ thời gian review + fix nếu lệch.

• 9-10am: kickoff 3-5 tab, chạy xong khi 11am chuẩn bị họp → review
• 1-2pm: sau lunch, kickoff batch, review 4pm
• Friday 3pm: weekly closeout batch
